We take a person-centred approach to housing and support
As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company and Midland Landlord Association (MLA) accredited landlord, we provide specialist supported living and extra-care housing for vulnerable adults with assessed care and support needs.
Our residents are referred to us following a professional assessment to ensure that the accommodation and support available are appropriate for their individual circumstances. We work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, support providers, and families to create housing solutions that promote independence, dignity, and long-term wellbeing.

Our Role as Your Housing Provider
Upward Housing C.I.C operates as the housing provider and landlord. We are responsible for sourcing, managing, and maintaining high-quality homes that provide residents with a safe and comfortable place to live.
