As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we provide specialist supported living and extra-care housing for vulnerable adults with assessed care and support needs.
Our tenants are referred to us following an independent professional assessment to ensure that the accommodation and support available are appropriate for their individual circumstances. We work closely with tenants, local authorities, healthcare professionals, support providers, and families to create housing solutions that promote independence, dignity, and long-term wellbeing.

Our Role as Your Housing Provider
Upward Housing C.I.C operates as the housing provider and landlord. We are responsible for housing related support services, sourcing, managing, and maintaining high-quality homes that provide people with a safe and comfortable place to live.
Our responsibilities include:
Property management and maintenance
Housing related support services
Repairs and ongoing upkeep
Providing quality accommodation that meets individual needs
Health and safety compliance
Ensuring people enjoy the same rights and protections as any other tenant

Supporting Sustainable Tenancies
